Child Safety Standards
Zipedoo is operated by ROLV, LLC. Contact: info@zipedoo.com.
Effective date: October 24, 2026.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Zipedoo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. You may not use Zipedoo to create, upload, send, share, request, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or to groom, sextort, traffic, sexualize, or otherwise exploit or endanger a child. This applies to chat messages, photos, profile photos, reviews, and anything else on Zipedoo.
Zipedoo is 18+ only
Every Zipedoo user must be 18 or older. You give your birth month and year when you sign up, and our servers refuse anyone younger. If you believe a person under 18 has an account, tell us and we will close it.
How to report
- In the app: in a chat with the person, tap ··· and then Report. On a ride, tap Report (after the ride ends, it is under ···). Describe what happened and tap Send. You can also block the person from their profile, a chat, or a ride. They are not told.
- By email: info@zipedoo.com. Include the person's name in the app and what you saw. Please do not send us copies of abusive images.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local police first. You can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do
When we learn of CSAE or CSAM on Zipedoo, we:
- remove the content;
- ban the accounts involved;
- report apparent CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline, as US law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and preserve what the law requires us to preserve; and
- cooperate with law enforcement.
